Neutral silicone glass
This product is a one-component, ketoxime-type, neutral-curing, excellent-performance silicone adhesive.
Product Usage:
Bonding and sealing of doors and windows, stone, plates, art glass, dry-hanging stone curtain walls, metal plates, color steel tiles, ceramic engineering, high-grade aluminum alloy doors and windows, etc.;Many other construction and industrial uses.
Construction method:
The surface of the building materials in contact with the sealant during construction must be clean and free of moisture, dust, and oil. Otherwise, it must be cleaned with appropriate solvents and kept dry to ensure that the surrounding lines of the sealant are perfectly clean. Cover the area near the interface with tape.However, the tape must not contact the surface where the sealant will be applied. Cut the nozzle to the required size and connect it to the hose. The sealant must be in good contact with both sides of the joint to ensure that the sealant can fully fill the joint. Before the sealant surface solidifies , tear off the tape, and use cloth and solvent to uncured glass glue.(such as turpentine )Clean and remove excess cured glue with a scraper.
Usage restrictions:
1.Not intended for use as a structural bonded assembly;
2Not suitable for use in confined spaces or places with direct contact with food or drinking water surfaces;
3.Not suitable for use on surfaces that exude grease, plasticizers or solvents;
4.The surface temperature of the substrate is lower than 4 ℃or more than 40 ℃Not suitable for construction;
5.Not suitable for bonding concrete, marble, coated glass, copper, zinc and other materials.
Safety instructions:
Special attention should be paid to maintaining a good ventilation environment in the glass glue construction site. If the glue comes into contact with the eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical help.;Keep out of reach of children.
